(1) It asks users to install RSE 2.0 from the Europa site.
     They should better install RSE 3.0.1 from the TM update site.

(2) It asks users to &quot;create a remote project&quot;. This functionality
     is known to fail re-opening the project on re-start of Eclipse.
     It&#039;s better to create a linked resource in a local project.

(3) It asks users to tweak the .project file. This may be
     problematic and is not needed if (2) above is observed.
